After the preliminary sample we produce for our customer is approved, the yarn planning required for the completion of the order is made. This stage ensures the determination of the appropriate yarn types and quantities in line with the type and quality of the fabric to be produced. After the yarns are delivered to us from the manufacturer, fabric production planning is made according to the programme of our production machines. This planning ensures that the materials and machines to be used in the production process are organised efficiently.
Fabric Production
After the fabric production planning is completed with the necessary accessories, the next stage of the production process is the dyeing process. The fabric is shipped to the dyeing department where it is subjected to various processes. After dyeing, finishing and other final processes are completed, the fabrics coming from the dyehouse are meticulously examined by our quality control department. The quality of the fabric is subjected to the test stages requested by the customer. These tests include durability, colour retention, washing performance and other properties of the fabric.
After all these stages are completed, finally the dispatch process is carried out and the fabric is sent to the customer. Each step throughout the process is followed with great care to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
